Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pasta Process Manager with a strong background in pasta production (especially long-cut pasta) to oversee, optimize, and ensure the smooth running of our pasta manufacturing operations. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, team leadership, and process improvement skills to deliver high-quality products while maintaining compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end pasta production processes, with a focus on long-cut pasta.
Develop, test, and refine recipes to meet product quality and consistency standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality control protocols, and industry standards.
Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of ~20 production and quality staff.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Degree in Food Technology or a related field (mandatory). Additional certifications in Quality Control or Process Improvement are a plus.
- Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in pasta production, preferably in managing production lines and optimizing processes.
Skills:
- Must-Have: Strong expertise in pasta production processes, food safety compliance, and process optimization.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience working with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality).
