Job Description

Position: Six Sigma Facilitator
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's & master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science/Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Must have 1-2 years post-graduation experience.
 
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in and lead selected improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma, methodologies.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and assist in implementing changes that enhance productivity and quality.
  • Assist the operations team in executing daily tasks and resolving operational challenges.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization across departments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, production, quality) to ensure seamless execution of processes.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track project outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Use data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to present insights to stakeholders.
