• AI Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models to address business challenges in areas such as supply chain, consumer behavior, sales forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Data Strategy & Engineering: Work with large-scale datasets, ensuring quality, preprocessing, and feature engineering for model readiness.
• Innovation & Research: Explore and apply cutting-edge AI techniques (NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI, etc.) to drive innovation.
• Business Integration: Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and business workflows for measurable impact.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously track, evaluate, and improve AI models for accuracy, scalability, and business value.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI standards, data privacy, and regulatory guidelines.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide junior data scientists/engineers and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML development, with proven end-to-end deployment of AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience in deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of data engineering tools (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow) is a plus.
• Domain Knowledge: Exposure to FMCG, fintech, or supply chain analytics preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
