Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales organization. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, presenting solutions that deliver value, and guiding opportunities through the sales cycle from qualification to close. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer journey and achieve revenue targets.

What You’ll Do

Prospecting & Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, networking, and referrals; maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting.

Needs Discovery & Solution Presentation: Understand customer pain points, map them to our products and services, and deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals tailored to each prospect.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare quotes, handle objections, and close deals while protecting company margin and terms.

Account Management & Growth: Manage relationships with new and existing customers; uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure successful onboarding and adoption.

Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, provide feedback from the field, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Administrative & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, log activities, and provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts.

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Gather market data, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales, account management, or SDR/AE experience; SaaS experience is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills; ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

Relationship Building: Proven ability to build trust, manage multiple stakeholders, and develop long-term customer relationships.

Negotiation &Closing: Demonstrated success in driving deals to close and achieving or exceeding quotas.

Problem Solving: Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into viable solutions.

CRM & Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and familiarity with sales enablement tools and analytics.

Resilience & Adaptability: Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points

Certifications: Relevant sales certifications or training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or tech sales programs).

Data-Driven: Experience using analytics to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.

Multi-Channel Selling: Experience with inbound/outbound, social selling, and channel partnerships.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000 + commission, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
