Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser that let a website remember information between visits — such as whether you're logged in, or which preferences you've chosen. Some cookies are essential for the site to function; others help us understand usage or show relevant ads, and are only set with your consent where required.

Essential (always on). Required for login sessions, security, and core functionality — these can't be disabled without breaking the site:

• Session cookie — keeps you logged in as you move between pages during a visit.
• "Remember me" cookie — if you check "Remember me" at login, this keeps you signed in on that device for a set number of days without re-entering your password.
• CSRF protection token — a security cookie/token that protects every form submission (login, gameplay, purchases, settings changes) from cross-site request forgery attacks.
• Cookie consent preference — remembers the choice you make in our cookie banner, so we don't ask again every visit.

Functional. Remember non-essential preferences, like display or accessibility settings, to make your experience smoother.

Analytics. Where enabled, help us understand how the Platform is used in aggregate — which pages and game types are popular, and where users run into friction — so we can improve it. This data is used in aggregate and isn't used to identify you individually.

Advertising. Where the site admin has advertising enabled (for example, Google AdSense, or sponsored ads from other users' My Ads campaigns), advertising partners may set cookies to show relevant ads and measure their performance. AltMass does not reward users for viewing or clicking ads.

Some cookies are set by services we rely on rather than by us directly:

• Paystack — may set cookies during checkout when funding your wallet, paying for Premium, or withdrawing funds.
• Google / Facebook — if you sign in using a social login, these providers may set their own cookies as part of that sign-in flow.
• Google AdSense / ad partners — if advertising is enabled, these partners set cookies subject to their own privacy and cookie policies.

We don't control third-party cookies directly — check the relevant provider's own policy for details.

Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. The "Remember me" cookie persists for a set number of days (shown at login) so you don't have to log in again on that device. Analytics and advertising cookies persist for varying periods set by those providers.

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you choose which non-essential cookies to accept. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site — the consent banner will reappear on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies entirely through your browser's settings, though doing so may prevent essential features (like staying logged in) from working properly.

We may update this Cookie Policy as the Platform's features change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
